Choose the type of massage that meets your needs:

Swedish massage

Therapeutic massage is the gentle manipulation of the muscles to help increase circulation, release toxins and help ease muscular tension which can relieve pain and is a great way to reduce stress giving you more energy and a positive out look on life.

Prenatal massage

While you are pregnant your body goes through many physical changes causing physical and emotional tension, such as back pain or leg discomfort. Soothing massage can help you sleep better and boost your energy. You will be comfortably supported with pillows or cushions in a side-lying position during your massage. Your therapist can teach you self care techniques to be used in between sessions by yourself or your partner. To receive Pre-natal massage we ask that you be past your first trimester and that you have a release from your physician.

Post partum massage

Labor and delivery can take a lot out of mom, so we offer massage in the comfort and privacy of your hospital room during your stay. Swedish style massage will increase your circulation and help release all the toxins of your delivery while easing any muscle tension. This service is offered to patients that have a physician's release which can be obtained by their nurse.

Hot stone massage

In this comforting and healing massage, heated stones of varying sizes and weights are settled comfortably into the body contours. Oiled heated stones are then used in flowing strokes to melt tension throughout the whole body.

Fibromyalgia massage

This type of massage uses basic Swedish style massage, with stretching and concentration on trigger point areas. Clients are given material on body mapping and taught self care techniques.

Chair massage

Chair massage lets you enjoy the benefits of therapeutic touch without taking a large bite out of your day, or your pocket book. With this service you are able to receive massage over your clothes. Ask about bringing chair massage to your next event and then watch the people line up.

Infant massage classes

Scientific research and parents experiences create a compelling case for mothers, fathers, relatives and caregivers to learn this loving skill. Parents will be taught one on one massage techniques with their baby and sequences to help relieve colic, increase sleep and relaxation. Educational material will be handed out. Each student will receive a diploma after they complete their training.
